Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business/data analysis experience.
• Solid SQL skills with joins, aggregations, and filtering.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to translate business questions into clear analysis and recommendations.
• Strong communication across operational and leadership audiences.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Answer business questions across operations, fleet, sales and finance with actionable insights.
• Write and optimize SQL against Snowflake warehouse for data analysis.
• Turn around ad-hoc analyses quickly and clearly.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Analyze operational data to surface efficiency and revenue opportunities.
• Present findings to operational teams and leadership in clear language.
• Collaborate with the senior data engineer to shape the data model.
• Support pricing, demand, capacity and asset utilization decisions.
