Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Integrity Department in maintaining chargemaster data, revenue usage reporting, and charge capture workflows within Epic Hospital Billing. The role partners with Hospital Service Lines to ensure compliant, optimized charging and reimbursement.

The ideal candidate has experience with CPT, HCPCS, Revenue Codes, and Excel-focused analysis across multiple hospital service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare finance or revenue cycle experience preferred.
• 2-5 years in healthcare revenue cycle or related finance roles.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform variance analysis of budget vs. actual results for assigned areas with explanations for variances.
• Develop and prepare management reports leveraging revenue cycle systems.
• Collaborate with Management to develop procedures and cross-department processes.
• Guide project teams to achieve defined business objectives and drive improvements.
• Conduct best-practice research, process analyses, benchmarking, and baseline measurement.
