Job summary

Boston Childrens Hospital is seeking a Revenue Integrity Liaison to evaluate clinical charges and codes to ensure accurate billing, revenue capture, and compliance with payer requirements.

The role collaborates with physicians, Patient Accounts, and clinical departments to identify and correct billing errors, missing charges, and documentation issues. Epic experience and familiarity with surgical products or supply chain are highly preferred.

Hybrid work arrangement with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred.
• One year hospital or physician patient accounting experience.
• Experience with Epic and PowerChart systems.
• Knowledge of third-party payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical charges and codes to ensure accurate billing and payer compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure clinic notes are finalized in clinical systems.
• Review provider information and charge documents for accuracy.
• Analyze billing errors and denials to identify root causes and plan corrections.
• Monitor charge reconciliation to identify missing charges and coding errors.
• Initiate corrections for billing errors and missing documentation.
• Provide guidance to clinical departments on charge capture and billing processes.
