Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of operations, accounting, or finance experience.
• Experience with accounting/billing systems and revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience reviewing contracts and client work orders.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Set up new client accounts and project codes in the Broadridge Revport billing system.
• Ensure invoices are calculated accurately and delivered to internal stakeholders within deadlines.

• Interpret contracts and documents to apply pricing to new client invoices.
• Maintain invoicing control files and billing records.
• Coordinate with cash processing teams to ensure payments are applied correctly.
• Follow up on invoices not approved with consultants and client portfolio directors as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies and identify process improvements.
• Work with offshore billing team to coordinate responsibilities and ensure accurate delivery of invoices.
• Record quarterly revenue and maintain accurate financial data.
• Participate in ad hoc projects for investment operations.
• Reconcile actual management revenue against financial forecasts.
