Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Series 6, 63 or 7 active certification preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot using predefined solutions.
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to collaborate in a team or work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for routine client requests.
• Resolve routine customer concerns with predefined solutions.
• Answer non-technical questions regarding ADP products.
• Provide consultation and help junior specialists on the team.
• Learn and navigate ADP systems to respond to issues.
