Overview

Insight Global is seeking customer service representatives for our client in El Paso for their Retirement Services Operational Support Team. In this role you will help clients with their retirement accounts and provide expert guidance on IRAs (Traditional, Roth, Inherited, ESA) and small business plans (SEP, SIMPLE, QRP, i401k). You will handle transactions like distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding updates. The goal of this position is to build client loyalty through helpful service and teamwork. Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Position: Customer Support Specialist

Start Date: October 27th

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM M-F

Pay Rate: $17 - $22 / Hourly

Duration: 6 Month Contract, Extensions or Conversion thereafter.
