Responsibilities

• Review daily commission activity, payment listings and error reports.
• Research and respond to agency compensation requests; coordinate corrections with Finance.
• Maintain records of tax levies, withholdings and escheat accounts; draft notices.
• Prepare and distribute bonus reports and commission-related correspondence.
