Marsh McLennan Agency in Dallas is seeking a Retirement Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of employer retirement plans. You will deliver strategic retirement plan consulting, implementation support, and fiduciary and investment advisory services to meet client objectives.

In this role you’ll lead plan assessments, manage RFPs and vendor selections, coordinate with carriers and TPAs, and provide ongoing education and benchmarking-based recommendations to senior leadership, driving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan consulting & design, recordkeeping/third-party administration, or related industry experience.
• Strong technical expertise in retirement plan design, administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and investment line-up analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consultative client service and to translate benchmarking and data into pragmatic recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; comfort briefing senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common reporting/benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs, vendor selection, and plan conversions, coordinating implementation with carriers, recordkeepers, TPAs, and internal specialists.
• Provide investment advisory and fiduciary support to plan sponsors and leadership.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders using benchmarking and market data.
• Tap cross-practice resources to articulate full value and identify growth opportunities.
