Marsh in the United States seeks a senior consultant to lead defined contribution client relationships and advise on plan investments, design, and governance. You will support ongoing client engagements, present investment reviews, and help develop new business opportunities within DC retirement services.

This role requires strong presentation skills and a track record of growing client relationships. The position is hybrid across multiple cities including Los Angeles, Denver, Irvine, Phoenix,

Qualifications

• 6+ years or more experience delivering investment consulting for retirement plans

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant and advisor to defined contribution clients with plans from $25M to $500M in assets; Sr. Consultant manages at least $1M in revenue
• Support clients on plan investments, plan design, fee benchmarking, vendor management, and fiduciary governance
• Present plan review and investment review reports for advisory and OCIO engagements
• Oversee RFP/RFI marketing, strategy and transitions; present marketing results to client
• Retain and grow a book of business by building long-term client relationships
• Serve as subject matter expert on defined contribution topics across Mercer lines of business
• Conduct plan document/SPD reviews and demonstrate plan design knowledge for DC retirement plans
