Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking an Account Manager for Retirement Services to manage a book of business and deliver high-level client service. You will lead educational sessions, liaise with recordkeepers, and collaborate with the Client Services Director to improve team efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in retirement plans, plus FINRA licensing and a business-related degree. We offer a flexible work setup and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans and client service delivery.
• Ability to communicate plan design and regulatory obligations clearly to clients.
• Onboard clients, manage transitions, and maintain strong relationships with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business for Retirement Services clients.
• Communicate plan design and regulatory obligations to clients.
• Onboard clients and manage transitions between recordskeepers.
• Educate employees on plan options through sessions.
• Mentor Client Service Representatives and collaborate with the Client Services Director.
