- Lead RFPs, vendor selection, and plan conversions, coordinating implementation with carriers, recordkeepers, TPAs, and internal specialists.
- Provide investment advisory and fiduciary support—customized investment guidance, education, plan reviews, regulatory & legislative updates, and issue resolution.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders using benchmarking and market data.
- Tap cross‑practice resources to articulate full value, spot expansion opportunities, and grow the business through referrals and business development activities.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of retirement plan consulting & design, recordkeeping/third‑party administration, or related industry experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in retirement plan design, administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and investment line‑up analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consultative client service and translate benchmarking and data into pragmatic recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; comfort briefing senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common reporting/benchmarking tools.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • AIF® certification or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience managing RFPs, recordkeeper/vendor selection, and plan conversions.
Benefits
