Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Boston seeks an experienced Retirement Consultant to join the Retirement & Wealth team. You will service existing clients and help secure new retirement business, translating long‑term business goals into plan design and investment strategies.

Ideal candidates hold FINRA licenses or will obtain them, have 4+ years in retirement planning, and excel at communication, presentation, and collaborative client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of retirement plan experience
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 within 120 days of hire
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan design/administration
• Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce a plus
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects

Responsibilities

• Service existing clients and land new retirement clients
• Manage ongoing service for multiple clients
• Perform retirement plan design/administration assessments
• Conduct quarterly investment reviews for senior leadership
• Engage in RFP activities for provider selection and plan conversions
• Provide ongoing investment advisory and regulatory updates
• Coordinate with providers to achieve optimal results
• Articulate MMA services to clients and prospects
