Job summary

AMC Global Media is seeking a Manager, Retention Marketing to join the Audience & Media Strategy team in New York, NY. You will design and execute retention-focused campaigns across email, push, in-app, and partner channels, collaborating with data, analytics, and media teams to drive subscriber lifecycles.

You will own key workstreams, run test-and-learn programs with holdouts, optimize flows, and report on churn, engagement, and lift.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally in a subscription or streaming environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Hands-on experience designing and reading controlled experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, incrementality).
• Experience with retention-focused paid media, including audience activation and lift measurement, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support retention-strategy campaigns across owned, paid, and partner channels (email, push, in-app, paid media, distributor platforms).
• Partner with data/analytics to inform segmentation, subscriber modeling, and lifecycle strategies.
• Own workstreams and cross-functional relationships to accelerate experimentation and improve performance.
• Design and run a test-and-learn agenda with holdouts as default; report incremental retained subscribers and cost per incremental save.
