• Manage multi-channel onboarding, renewal, and win-back campaigns to increase engagement and reduce churn.
• Optimize automated customer lifecycle journeys and email workflows across print and digital brands.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and translate retention analytics into recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM, Design, Editorial, and Acquisition teams on engaging subscriber campaigns.
• Recommend win-back pricing and promotional offers aligned with revenue goals.
• Manage retention budget to ensure strong ROI and long-term value.
