AMC Global Media, a leader in streaming and entertainment content, is seeking a Manager of Performance Marketing & Insights to join our Consumer Marketing & Media team in New York, NY offices. The role focuses on analytics, forecasting, and optimization to drive subscriber growth and retention.

The position requires 5-7 years in data-driven digital media, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, media agency, or a quantitative/data-driven role in digital media/subscription space.
• Understanding of streaming, subscription, and digital marketing KPIs.
• Very strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data; data-driven decision maker.
• Strong communicator (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven capability in managing projects, processes, and budgets.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related or quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations on optimizations based on performance insights, in partnership with the media agency.
• Evaluate performance trends by campaign, platform, audience, and creative to support paid media planning across AMCN subscription video on demand services.
• Provide recommendations on budget shifts between platforms, campaigns, and services to maximize efficiency, engagement, and LTV.
