Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client referral relationships with realtors, builders, CPAs, financial planners and make sales calls on potential or existing customers.
• Keep informed of trends in the local real estate market and changes in regulations.
• Coordinate loan origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting and closing requirements per investor guidelines.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions for mortgages and oversee the loan process from application to closing.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to licensure and education requirements.
• Participate in branch meetings and contribute to team objectives.
