Qualifications

• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required (NMLS).
• 1–2 years of Retail Loan Officer experience suggested.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Knowledge/experience with loan origination software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client referral relationships with realtors, builders, CPAs and financial planners.
• Monitor local real estate trends to advise clients.
• Stay current with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA rules and investor guidelines.
