Job summary

Embrace Home Loans is seeking a Retail Loan Officer to originate investment quality loans and develop a strong client referral base among realtors and home buyers. You will review loans, adhere to FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and promote the company brand in a hybrid environment.

Qualified candidates hold an MLO license through NMLS, have 1–2 years of retail loan experience, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and loan origination software.

Qualifications

• MLO License through NMLS is required.
• 1–2 years of Retail Loan Officer experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.).
• Knowledge of loan origination software.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain client referral relationships with realtors, builders, CPAs, financial planners and promote new business.
• Keep informed of real estate market trends to advise clients.
• Ensure compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA guidelines in loan processes.
• Coordinate loan applications from pre-qualification to closing with all parties involved.
• Maintain professional image aligned with Embrace policies and brand.
