Citizens Bank is seeking a Lead, Retail Growth Strategy to shape and advance growth priorities across its ~1,000-branch network. You will work at the intersection of Product, Distribution, and Field to translate priorities into actionable initiatives and monitor progress against objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in retail banking, consumer financial services, strategy, or related discipline with growth impact.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking linked to priorities and opportunities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Customer-oriented view integrating product, distribution, and field strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize retail growth initiatives across Deposits, Cards, Mortgage, HELOC, Wealth, and Private Client.
• Partner with Product leaders to shape offers, targeting strategies, and campaign priorities for branch distribution.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking retail growth roadmap and measure progress against objectives.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Communications, Enablement, Field Leadership, and others.
• Evaluate opportunities and trade-offs, recommending priorities based on alignment and impact.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable direction for Execution, Enablement, and Field teams.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive-ready materials.
• Monitor industry trends and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Business Insights to diagnose gaps and refine strategy using key measures.
