Job summary

PromptCare is seeking a motivated Resupply Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in respiratory and enteral supply resupply. The role involves processing inbound orders, insurance verification, and coordinating with patients and providers through calls, emails, and portals.

You will work in a hybrid Concord, NC environment (2 days in the office, 3 days remote), reporting to the Resupply Manager, with duties spanning order processing, authorization requests, and maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Experience in a Respiratory Home Durable Medical Equipment company is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) sales orders for resupply needs including oxygen, ventilator, tracheostomy and enteral nutrition.
• Verify insurance and update patient files (demographics, insurance, benefits).
• Manage patient prescriptions and request prior authorization if needed.
• Communicate with patients and providers via telephone, email, and web portals.
• Develop knowledge of Brightree, EMR management, McKesson, Cardinal, and resupply portals.
• Document referrals and patient admissions from start to finish per PromptCare policies.
• Maintain productivity metrics and perform other duties as assigned.
