Job summary

Reliable Respiratory is seeking a Customer Success Representative for a hybrid role, 2 days onsite in the US. You will manage key accounts, process orders, verify insurance, and coordinate with providers to ensure timely fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree and 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned key accounts and serves as liaison between internal departments and external accounts.
• Builds relationships and trust with accounts and Reliable Respiratory.
• Upsells and increases orders while maintaining customer service quality.
• Verifies insurance information and coordinates with referrals and providers.
• Coordinates appointments and processes orders via multiple channels (fax, phone, email, in person).
