Job summary

Kubat Respiratory is seeking a Patient Resupply Sales Representative to convert eligible patient resupply opportunities into completed orders by phone. You will handle high-volume outreach, explain resupply options, and ask for the sale while maintaining HIPAA-compliant, patient-centered interactions.

Successful candidates are energetic, coachable, and able to meet monthly quotas in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and close sales.
• Comfort with outbound calls and meeting production goals.
• Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn products, workflows, and compliance quickly.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound contacts to assigned patient opportunities.
• Convert opportunities into qualifying orders and ask for the sale.
• Build rapport with patients and manage conversations respectfully.
