Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator, Residential Technology to join our Business Technology team in downtown Vancouver, WA. You will support the Program Manager by driving pilots, evaluations, trainings, go-live activities, and ongoing program-office functions.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across technology initiatives within a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of project coordination or program support experience is required.
• Experience in property management, technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution with the Program Manager.
• Schedule vendor demos, evaluations, and pilots with agendas.
• Track questions, deliverables, and contracts; maintain logs and follow-ups.
• Manage go-live activities, cutover checklists, readiness and post-launch tasks.
• Coordinate training schedules and materials with Learning & Development teams.
• Maintain backlog and roadmap hygiene with accurate status updates.
• Prepare status reports and manage meetings for project forums.
• Develop SOPs and maintain system documentation for repeatability.
