The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, extensive project support experience in engineering settings, and proficiency with SharePoint and document management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics management, engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• 6+ years experience with a degree; 8+ years with an associate degree; 10+ years without a degree or applicable degree.
• Experience in project coordination/control and progressively more technical in nature.
• Experience coordinating for project efforts including timeline tracking through project lifecycle.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative/project support for engineering or technical fields.
• 3 years of experience storing, manipulating, organizing large numbers of files using Windows networks or other document management programs.
• 2 years of experience using SharePoint to edit and maintain sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project milestones.
• Maintain and organize engineering documentation and records.
• Manage design package submissions through review and approval workflows.
• Support communication between project teams and external engineering firms.
• Provide accurate reporting and administrative support to ensure projects stay on schedule.
