T&H Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a resident relations professional in Indianapolis to manage the shared inbox, handle escalations, enforce leases, and deliver fast, clear resolutions that maintain trust and keep operations moving.

You'll liaise with maintenance, accounting, and legal teams, using Trainual, Rentvine and other tools to document details, support evictions if needed, and provide exceptional resident service in a hybrid full-time role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and admin capabilities.
• Clear, confident phone and email communication.
• Able to learn multiple software platforms.
• Comfortable with basic accounting/ledgers.
• High accountability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own shared inbox and phones, meet response times.
• Enforce leases and explain balances.
• Coordinate with maintenance and accounting; prepare eviction docs.
• Manage keys/lockboxes.
• Maintain clean, searchable documentation.
• Represent the company in court proceedings as needed.
