Richdale Apartments is seeking a detail-oriented Resident Relations Specialist to nurture positive relationships with current residents and ensure lease compliance. This in-office role requires strong communication and impeccable organization in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and management teams, document all interactions in our property management systems, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Competenze

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software or ability to learn quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and task-driven.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • In-office position; this role is not remote.

Mansioni

  • Field inquiries from residents via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with lease terms.
