Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Part Time Resident Experience Specialist for Build to Rent. The role involves leasing activities, resolving resident issues, and delivering prompt, professional service across multiple sites as a hybrid/traveling position.

Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, handling housing materials, and assisting with lease agreements and related paperwork under the community manager guidance. Travel flexibility is required to manage 3–6 communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel at least 60%.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with standard office software and equipment.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing guidelines and leasing documents.
• State leasing license required or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and staff by leveraging knowledge of the communities.
• Oversee daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations under the community manager for Build to Rent properties.
• Maintain knowledge of construction projects, rehab upgrades, amenities, and services for the communities.
• Inspect pre-leased homes and coordinate changes for move-ins/move-outs.
• Communicate needs to residents and follow up on service requests as needed.
• Perform general office duties including phones, emails, and mail management.
• Assist with leasing tasks, showings, lease preparation, and paperwork processing for approvals.
• Other duties as assigned.
