Job summary

J.C. Hart Company is seeking a Resident Experience Manager in Indianapolis to deliver exceptional resident services and coordinate leasing activities.

You will open the office daily, greet residents and prospects, and ensure community standards and curb appeal while supporting move-ins and move-outs with the maintenance team. You will also handle leasing activities including showings, closings, renewals, and rent processing, and assist with administrative tasks, marketing, and community events

Responsibilities

• Open the office each morning per SOP, ensure common areas and amenities are ready for guests
• Establish rapport with Residents and Prospects providing personalized service
• Manage move-in/out experiences with Maintenance support
• Ensure apartments meet quality and cleanliness standards for new move-ins
• Assist in residency events and community functions
• Address Resident questions, service requests, and lease renewals
• Support leasing team with tours, showings, and closings
• Process leases and collect necessary fees and deposits
• Maintain records in management software
• Coordinate notices to vacate and move-out inspections
• Assist with marketing, signage and outreach activities
