Job summary

Associa Careers is seeking a House Ambassador- Concierge to greet residents and guests, maintain a welcoming lobby, and support daily community operations within the Sundial house. You will assist with amenity services, events, and inquiries, and help enforce HOA policies.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service/hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Hybrid schedule with training provided is offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and amenity management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• CPR/AED training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident and guest services.
• Keep lobby clean and organized; presentable as needed.
• Greet residents and guests in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Assist with amenity services, events, and inquiries.
• Provide information on community rules, programs, and services.
• Handle HOA board and management requests.
• Perform tasks assigned by Lead House Ambassador or General Manager.
• Monitor access to amenities; verify credentials.
• Report maintenance and safety issues; complete incident reports.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and input data.
• Acknowledge issues same day; follow up.
• Maintain records; assist other departments as needed.
• Enforce HOA policies; monitor visitor logs; check-in procedures.
• Execute opening/closing checklists and alarm procedures.
