Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or residential services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Creative mindset, especially in marketing and promotions.
• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, providing a welcoming and professional front desk experience.
• Deliver detailed community presentations to prospective home buyers, realtors and home builder representatives.
• Capture prospect profile and contact information and enter in database for instant communication to on-site builders/sales centers.
• Keep up to date with local information, attractions, events, etc.
• Assist in marketing efforts such as website updates, e-blasts and social media posts.
• Assist in setup and execution of marketing and realtor events.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary.
• Report incidents or accidents promptly to management.
