Job summary

You will collaborate with residency leadership and administrative staff to support recruitment and program effectiveness.

The role requires coordinating daily activities, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring alignment with GME/ACGME policies while supporting diverse learners

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus two years of related experience/training.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
• Solid knowledge of health professions education program requirements.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative analysis and operations research.
• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications; active listening and critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of educational software and platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of data management and statistical analysis across databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the Pediatric Residency Program's core curriculum.
• Distribute evaluations and report on learner assessment, curriculum effectiveness, and rotation experiences.
• Coordinate residency recruitment and ranking.
• Serve as liaison between program leadership, residents, and affiliated offices.
• Maintain program files and data in accordance with GME and ACGME policies.
