Job summary

JFrog Ltd in Atlanta is seeking a Customer Retention Associate Account Manager to drive the renewals lifecycle across a global portfolio. You will architect accurate quotes, collaborate with Finance, Legal and Deal Desk, and maximize customer retention by managing end-to-end renewals with precision and speed.

This role requires proven account management experience in SaaS, strong Salesforce skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in account management, renewals, or sales operations in SaaS.
• Experience handling high-volume portfolios and tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Scale the renewals process with accurate quotes and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk for 100% contract accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle across territory.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and provide renewal health visibility.
• Identify expansion opportunities and provide insights during renewal cycle.
• Coordinate high-touch communications and back-office tasks.
