Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Project Manager within the Performance & Reliability organization to lead performance-driven projects across solar, wind, and BESS assets.

You will coordinate engineering, operations, asset management, ROCC, and vendors to deliver on time, within scope, and safely. The role requires 5+ years in power/renewables project management, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing projects in power generation, renewables, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, Agile, or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for performance and reliability initiatives across the fleet
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects and resolve issues
• Manage execution of projects, including testing campaigns, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and monitoring/diagnostics development
• Lead procurement and vendor coordination, including scope definition, bid evaluation, and contractor oversight
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Translate technical findings into actionable project scopes and execution plans
• Ensure projects comply with safety standards and contractual requirements
• Interface with OEMs and third-party vendors to implement corrective actions
• Monitor and report on project outcomes and impact on performance and reliability
