Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking a Director of Project Engineering, Renewable Engineering to lead the Project Engineering function across wind, solar, BESS, and hybrid projects. You will ensure consistent technical execution, coordinate with management, consultants, and suppliers, and guide engineering deliverables throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10+ years in renewables, and 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years in renewable energy, power generation, engineering, or project leadership.
5+ years leading engineers or cross-functional teams.
Experience with utility-scale wind/solar/BESS/hybrid projects and EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Invenergy’s Project Engineering for wind, solar, BESS, and hybrid projects.
Ensure technical delivery, deliverables, and coordination across engineering disciplines.
Manage schedules, reviews, RFIs, submittals, NCRs, and issue resolution.
Align Project Engineering with Project Management for technical and commercial success.
Provide leadership on financing and independent engineer due diligence coordination.
