• Experience advancing projects through permitting, regulatory review, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects from feasibility through start of construction.
• Direct project development activities including permitting, environmental reviews, interconnection, land acquisition, and design.
• Manage permit applications, regulatory filings, and agency interactions while supporting hearings and stakeholder engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, community stakeholders, public officials, regulators, and partners.
• Evaluate project risks, opportunities, and development strategies to support advancement and investment decisions.
• Support project financing, energy offtake, due diligence, and investment committee materials.
• Maintain development schedules, tracking tools and reporting for milestones.
• Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and market conditions; represent ENGIE at events.
