Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Manager within the Performance & Reliability organization to lead performance-driven projects across the fleet, including solar, wind, and battery storage assets. You will coordinate between engineering, operations, asset management, ROCC, and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Reporting to the Director of Performance & Reliability, you will manage plans, schedules, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder communications,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing projects in power generation, renewables, or industrial environments (solar/wind/BESS).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for performance and reliability across the fleet.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects and resolve issues.
• Manage execution of testing campaigns, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and monitoring/diagnostics development.
• Lead procurement and vendor coordination, including scope, bids, and contractor oversight.
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Translate technical findings into actionable project scopes and execution plans.
• Ensure safety standards, internal processes, and contractual requirements are met.
• Interface with OEMs and vendors to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes and impact on performance and reliability.
