Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Manager within the Performance & Reliability organization to lead performance-driven projects across solar, wind, and battery energy storage assets. You will coordinate engineering, operations, asset management, and vendors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within scope.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, and translate technical findings into actionable project execution. A hybrid work model and domestic travel up to 10% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing projects in power generation, renewables, or industrial environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, Agile, or similar PM tools
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
• Hybrid work policy and travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects and resolve issues
• Manage execution of testing campaigns, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and monitoring/diagnostics development
• Lead procurement and vendor coordination, including bid evaluation and contractor oversight
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies and provide status updates to stakeholders
