Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3+ years in Claims/Insurance.
• Zurich training or apprentice track with relevant experience.
• Must obtain and maintain adjuster licenses and knowledge of insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Document claims files and update data per best practices.
• Assess liability and coverage by analyzing facts and applicable laws.
• Develop case strategy to resolve claims in a timely manner within authority.
• Establish reserves and evaluate damages within authority limits.
• Negotiate settlements and manage external vendor work within approved scope.
