Job summary

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking an instructor for the Effectiveness In A Remote Environment Training program. This full-time position requires experience in professional training, with a focus on virtual communication and productivity. The role offers both on-site and virtual delivery across the Southeast U.S., particularly Fort Bragg, NC.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in instructional delivery, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to integrate various technologies for effective teaching. Competitive compensation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, or instructional delivery experience.
• Experience supporting DOD/Military or related sectors is highly desirable.
• Functional knowledge of remote work strategies and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and facilitation materials.
• Lead classroom and virtual instruction including assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with LMS platforms for interactive experiences.
