Job summary

Agile Group is seeking an experienced Project Management & Software Training Instructor to support USACE, DoD, and international training programs. This remote role requires 8+ years of project management and proven classroom training experience, with travel 30–40 days annually.

You will deliver instructor-led training on PM fundamentals, scheduling, and software platforms like Primavera P6/OPC and Microsoft Project, while developing engaging course materials for professional learners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on project/program management experience managing complex projects or programs.
• Experience teaching or facilitating project management concepts to adult professionals.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and project controls, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in project management fundamentals, methodologies, scheduling, project controls, and related software applications.
• Teach professionals ranging from entry-level practitioners to experienced project managers.
• Provide hands-on software instruction involving project management and scheduling platforms.
• Develop and adapt course materials, exercises, case studies, and practical workshops.
• Support training programs for USACE, DoD, and international customers, including engineering and infrastructure organizations.
