Motion Recruitment in Dallas is seeking an IT Support / Junior Systems Administrator for a hybrid contract engagement focused on end-user support, workplace technology administration, identity and access management, and daily IT operations in a Windows-focused environment.

This role supports in-office and remote staff while helping administer Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, endpoint devices, and user access workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT support, help desk or junior systems administration experience.
• Windows desktops and laptops support experience.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Experience administering Google Workspace environments.
• Knowledge of Slack and Notion administration fundamentals.
• Understanding IAM concepts including provisioning, MFA, least privilege, access controls.
• Strong customer service, communication, and user support skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding employees.
