Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support system integration projects. The role focuses on designing and configuring forms, templates, and workflows, coding to specs, and integrating components.

You will document customer use cases, develop technical docs, and assist in risk planning to keep deliveries on schedule. The position requires 5+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office and data analytics capabilities (SQL/SPSS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding service delivery for state-administered programs.
• Expertise in federal regulations and requirements.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially data analytics with SQL/SPSS.
• Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing, configuring, and developing custom forms, templates, and workflows.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on defined specs.
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, update, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather, evaluate and document customer use cases and business processes.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Understand low-code platforms and configuration methodology.
• Develop project reports such as Schedule, QA Plan, Testing Plan, Conversion Plan.
• Support planning discussions on risks and issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Understand SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
