Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment using order management systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and supply chain inquiries, fostering strong relationship management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to streamline processes and resolve order or supply issues efficiently.
• Utilize CRM systems to maintain detailed client profiles, track interactions, and support customer service problem-solving efforts.
