The Crosby Ottenhoff Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial operations, client reporting, and FEC compliance under the guidance of Senior Accountants and Team Leads. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing of transactions for multiple clients.

You will gain exposure to QuickBooks, NetSuite, and compliance platforms while growing in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment that values ownership and ongoing development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPA is a plus but not required.
• 2–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a client-facing or professional services environment.
• Experience with FEC compliance, political finance, or campaign accounting is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Support A/P, A/R, payroll processing, and credit card reconciliations for clients.
• Collaborate with Senior Accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Communicate with clients to address routine financial questions and document transactions accurately.
• Assist in preparing and filing FEC reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
