Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• 6–10 years accounting experience, client-facing preferred.
• Experience with FEC compliance or political finance is a plus.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary accounting contact for clients, delivering timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain FEC reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee A/P, A/R, cash, bank accounts, and payroll for clients.
• Improve financial processes and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to support client transitions and service delivery.
