Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Treasury Analyst to develop, manage, and continuously improve cash forecasting capabilities for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and its subsidiaries. You will lead analysis of cash flow trends, identify drivers of liquidity movements, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
The role collaborates with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments, and other leaders to improve forecast accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 8+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze historical and projected cash trends to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns.
- Communicate trends and forecast drivers to Senior Management and the Board.
