Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Treasury Analyst to develop, manage, and continuously improve cash forecasting capabilities for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and its subsidiaries. This role leads the analysis of cash flow trends, identifies drivers of liquidity movement, and provides actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and capital planning.

• 8+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting development and maintenance across horizons.
• Analyze cash trends to identify drivers, risks, opportunities.
• Report trends and forecast drivers to Senior Management and the Board.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments to refine assumptions.
• Optimize excess cash and maximize returns per investment policies.
