Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Treasury Analyst to develop, manage, and improve cash forecasting for its NC operations and subsidiaries. You will lead cash flow analysis and provide actionable insights for decision-making and capital allocation.

Responsibilities include forecasting development, trend analysis, and communicating insights to Senior Management. Collaboration across finance functions and a hybrid work model are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of cash flow forecasts (short-, medium-, long-term).
• Analyze cash trends to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and patterns.
• Present trends and forecast drivers to Senior Management and the Board.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments and business leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Optimize excess cash and maximize returns per investment policies.
