Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Treasury Analyst to develop, manage, and improve cash forecasting capabilities for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and its subsidiaries. You will lead analysis of cash flow trends, identify key drivers of liquidity movements, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and operational planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 10+ years.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, maintenance, and enhancement of cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze historical and projected cash trends to identify drivers and risks.
- Communicate trends and forecast drivers to Senior Management and the Board.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments and leaders to gather assumptions.
- Optimize excess cash and maximize return per company investment policies.
