Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Principal Treasury Analyst to develop, manage, and improve cash forecasting capabilities for Blue Cross NC and its subsidiaries. You will lead analysis of cash flow trends, identify drivers of liquidity, and provide insights that support strategic decisions and capital allocation.
You’ll partner with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments, and other leaders to gather forecast assumptions, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize excess cash under company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree; 8+ years in treasury or related field.
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years in related field.
- Sponsorship for employment authorization not provided.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance cash flow forecasts across horizons.
- Analyze cash trends to identify drivers, risks, opportunities.
- Communicate forecast insights to Senior Management and the Board.
- Collaborate with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments to align assumptions.
- Optimize excess cash and maximize investment returns per policy.
